Verified Worth every penny and more I recently came to Sedona with two close friends and we thought it would be fun to book spa treatments for all of us. Sedona’s New Day Spa handled everything perfectly. We arrived early for our appointments and relaxed in their small but very comfortable little waiting area in our lovely robes (it was too hot to be outside), sipped cucumber water, and the was offered a Mimosa by Jill, the owner. The attention to detail and service was fabulous. I had the 2-hour Cedarwood Citrus Wild Chaparral and would HIGHLY recommend it. But more so I can’t say enough about Becca, my masseuse/practitioner who was incredible—intuitive, compassionate and very skilled. The treatment itself was life amazing and I left buying a bottle of the chaparral oil used. Ten out of ten, can’t recommit enough. (Ditto for Mariposa which is one of the best restaurant meals I’ve had in years.)

Verified A secret piece of paradise! Our concierge recommended this spa to my husband and I and we are so glad he did! The ambience is lovely with a small water feature and large garden area to the rear. There is a private changing room where you are given robes and slippers (and even a hairbrush if needed!). The staff are all lovely. There are a surprisingly number of treatment rooms, the two we were in were clean, warm and welcoming. After our treatments we used the hot tun and were given mimosas! Best of all was the standard of our treatments. My husband had a facial and I had a full body massage both of which were excellent.

The spa has a great ambiance, we got cozy robes and flip flops. The changing room has private bathroom and shower and keyed lockers. We also relaxed in the garden are afterwards and while we didn’t take advantage of the hot tub, we appreciated that it was available.

Verified Amazing prenatal and couples massage We came to Sedona on our babymoon and were looking for a couples massage. I was specifically looking for somewhere that could do a prenatal massage during a couples massage. When we arrived, we were provided with robes and flipflops as well as an opportunity to use the bathroom and shower if we wished. They have a nice sitting area with local books, hot tea, water, and snacks. With prenatal massages, you never know if the therapist is actually trained in prenatal techniques and if they are going to go super slightly and barely touch for fear of hurting you. I was so pleased when my therapist, Genevieve, gave a lovely 90 minute massage really working on the spots that needed it with adequate and supportive pressure. She made sure to support me with pillows when I was in sidelying as well as a wedge when I was in supine (on my back). Additionally, she offered a gentle belly massage, making sure to keep me otherwise covered and comfortable. My husband's therapist was Diaz and he really enjoyed the firm pressure they offered as he enjoys a deeper massage. Outside, they have a hot tub and fire pit. We didn't choose to use the hot tub this time. After the massage, they offered mimosas and orange juice. We loved our experience and found it well worth the investment. Highly recommend!

The whole experience at Sedona’s new day spa was very good. Making the appointment was easy, but I did have to call to confirm because the online appointment process was not working. They were supposed to send me a confirmation email but I never received it - perhaps there was a failure to communicate my email address correctly. But they did call a few days before the appointment to confirm. The building was nice. They had snacks, water, and mimosas. There was a quiet area outside with a hot tub and lounge chairs so you can relax while waiting for your treatment. The staff was very friendly. I had a pleasant conversation with the owners - they were very nice. Jessica was my esthetician. I had a hydration collagen facial. Jessica had magic hands - soft, with a confident touch. Verified World class massage! As someone who tries to get a massage as often as possible, I can say this was one of the best I (and my wife) have had. As some have mentioned, there is a co-ed change room which is locked while you are changing and the non-massage amenities are good but not what you might expect at a large resort. The massage / treatment experience is what it’s all about and well worth it. We found the cost to be less than the large resorts and will book again when we are back in Sedona.

Verified Absolute Bliss My boyfriend and I went to Sedona’s New Day Spa for a couples massage. Aileen performed a deep tissue massage on my boyfriend while Mary performed a Swedish massage on me. The experience was extremely tranquil. The massage therapists were phenomenal, the front staff was amazing, and we even met one of the owners (Peter) who was a pleasure to talk to. The inside waiting area can feel a little crowded at times, however the fire pit was just what we needed after the massages. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience during your time in Sedona, we highly recommend Sedona’s New Day Spa.

My body treatment was the best body treatment I have ever had, and I have been to spas all over the Caribbean and Europe and the United States. I did the moisturizing body wrap, which was just like heaven on earth. Mara was my masseuse and she was simply incredible. Bianca did my facial and I cannot rave enough about what excellent treatments I received. I work very hard and having a very relaxing treatment such as my friends, and I received at this facility was nirvana. If I ever come back to Sedona, I will book more than one day at this wonderful spa. The staff was accommodating and professional and the facility offers everything you could possibly want in a spa.

All three therapists/specialists were masters at their craft! These were definitely among the best massages my husband or I have ever had. Cat and Kyle, our caring massage therapists, paid attention to our issues and focused their attention on what each of us needed. We highly recommend them! And an equally strong recommendation for Emmy, who gave me a wonderfully gentle hydrating facial. We also met and talked with the owners of the Spa, Jill and Peter Galea. They are delightful, charming people who obviously really care about making their clients – and their staff – happy. My husband was in a wheelchair and their parking lost was being re-done, so we encountered some challenges just getting in - but Peter took care of him!

Verified Healing for body and soul After a long and lovely week of strenuous hiking at the Grand Canyon and Sedona, hubby and I booked 90-minute massages with Gena and Mary. What can I say?! These women are miracle workers! We came early and took advantage of the hot tub and then sat on the patio by the fire table. The space inside and out is calming and inviting. Verified Wonderful Spa!!! A friend and I decided to try a spa vacation in Sedona. We started our spa adventure at the resort where we were staying. While that spa was fine, it did not even come close to the New Day Spa! As soon as we checked in, the attention to detail was wonderful. Great robes, a peaceful outdoor relaxation area with a hot tub, comfortable lounges and outdoor heaters. We tried the Ultimate Massage and Body treatment, and it was awesome!! The massage was one of the best I have ever had, and the moisturizing skin treatment left my dry skin feeling fabulous. After the massage, we were greeted by the owner and the receptionist with a lovely beverage. The experience was so great that we returned the following day before we headed home! I will definitely book again when I return to Sedona.

Verified Very knowledgeable and compassionate masseuse I almost wish I lived in Sedona so I could go back. I received a myofascial release treatment with Sisi to help with hip tendonitis. Sisi was extremely knowledgeable and it felt like she really cared about helping me improve my condition. She easily adapted her treatment to focus on my problem areas and even wrote down recommended stretches and exercises for me. My hips felt much better at the end of the treatment. The staff at the spa were also very nice and welcoming.
Verified Serene & quaint Day Spa This day spa is small but has all the amenities of a large day spa. My daughter and I had thorough, relaxing 90 minute hot stone massages after spending 15 minutes in their amazing hot tub. The sitting area is relaxing and offers sun and shaded areas. We relaxed there for a few minutes after our massages. They also offer snacks, water, teas & other drinks. We would definitely visit again if back on the area.
